Eileen Cannon MIACP MIPHM
There is always light at the end of the tunnel
Many people struggle with life. I offer a safe and confidential service to people who need help with their struggle. I am a qualified counselor/psychotherapist with many years experience supporting people in coping with their lives. This can be a short term struggle, a life-long struggle or somewhere in between. I am fully accredited with I.A.C.P. and engage in regular C.P.D. My clients receive a non-judgmental and accepting space where they can safely process their experiences and begin to change, if they decide to, what no longer benefits them.
According to WHO (World Health Organization), mental health is "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community". WHO stresses that mental health "is not just the absence of mental disorder".
